Reminisce

So today was a really confusing day for me. So much is happening so fast and sometimes i can't keep up. Today was the birthday of a very awesome girl, i feel really bad that she got disappointed. Having something on your birthday taken away from you really hurts, not to be an attention hog, but i guess i can feel how it felt. When my birthday came i was really excited, what kind of surprises are at hand for me today. Unfortunately only around 6 people remembered, all they said was Happy Birthday. Let's move on with the day, wow i felt really bad, i mean after it is only one day in the year that is yours. But i guessed that was only the beginning, more people would've remembered right? no, only one person made my day on my birthday, she even took her time to make a happy birthday card on a lunch tray, lol. I still have it here, oh well so my birthday sucked at school, it'll be better at home right?? no, everyone was either gone or too busy to do anything for me. A note was left next to a cake on my table saying Happy Birthday. I mean i hoped that i would at least celebrate it at home, maybe... but they were out, no hugs, no laughs, no songs, no presents, nothing really. Funny i looked at the calendar and wondered is today really March 31st? It doesn't seem like it, ignored everywhere, so i just went back to my room and sat in front of my computer hopefully having something nice said to me digitally at least, no not much either. So my 16th birthday was a total mess except for that one gift i received at lunch, thank you(you know who you are).

It feels horrible to have a birthday ruined, so hopefully those balloons we gave the birthday girl cheered her up just a little, because we all really care about you even though at times it doesn't seem like, we will always be there for you.

Btw, they sort of ran out of Birthday balloons, so sorry about that.
